How do I log in?
Step 1
Look for the login area on the right-hand-side of every page.
Step 2
Enter your email address and password in the areas indicated and then click on
'LOG IN'. Be sure to type these in rather than copying and pasting them from the email we sent you.
Tip: If you'd like your computer to remember your email address and password, click in the 'Remember me next time' check box.
Please note: All Network members should have received a password to access the member-only services on our website. If you have not received your password please contact our Network Administrator.
If you have lost or forgotten your password you can reset your password. Click on the 'I've lost my password' link and a new password will be emailed to you right away.
Step 3
Once you have logged in the login area will display as follows:
Please note: the 'Edit Organisation' link will only appear if you are the Network's main contact person for your organisation.
You will also now be able to see the members' area in the left-hand navigation menu.
Who can log in?
All Network members should have received a password to access the member-only services on our website.
If you are a Network member and you have not received a password please contact our Network Administrator.
Find out about joining if you are not already a Network member.
I've lost my password
If you have lost or forgotten your password, you can reset your password and a new password will be emailed to you right away.
Tip: if this email does not arrive promptly it may have been delayed by your organisation's fire wall and/or marked as spam. Contact your IT support service for assistance.
Step 1
To reset your password go to the login area on the right-hand-side of every page.
Step 2
Click on the 'I've lost my password' link and a new temporary password will be emailed to you right away.
Step 3
Use the 'Click here to log in' link in this email to go to the Network's website.
Step 4
Enter your email address and temporary password into the areas indicated. It is very important that you correctly type in your email address and password, exactly as they are given in the email (including capitalisation, numbers and spacing).
Avoid copying and pasting your details from the email because hidden elements may also be copied and pasted, causing your login attempt to fail.
If you cannot log in please re-check that you are correctly entering your email address and password.
If you still cannot log in, contact our Network Administrator. Please describe where you have got stuck and any error messages appearing on your screen when you try to log in.
Tip: it would also help if you could include screen shots of the error messages.
Step 5
After successfully logging in, change your temporary password into a password that you can more easily remember. Go to the Change your password page and enter your new password details where indicated. You can also get to this page from the 'Edit member details' link.
What does logging in give me access to?
Once logged in you can:
- register for Network events
- view and participate in the Forum - use this online space to raise and discuss issues, ask questions and give advice
- participate in our online surveys and get survey results
- edit your contact details
- change your password.
