Conference programme

This year's conference theme was 'Open all hours' it was held on Friday, 2 September at the Quality Hotel, Cuba Street, Wellington.

We explored new ways of communicating and sharing information in the public sector, and the new challenges and opportunities in providing around the clock accessibility.

A strong focus in this was on the value accessible communications can add to any organisation. The conference highlighted examples of successful accessible communication in action through presentations on case studies, social media, digital engagement and new ways of communicating, with constantly evolving tools and channels.
